This is a Non Smoking Unit Including Lani Resort Rules - Smoking only allowed in 7 designated locations. Pets are not allowed.

Minimum stay 5 nights – Cleaning fee $100 for less than 7 nights stay.
Deposit of $300 required within 7 days to secure reservation 
               ($600 for 28+ days reservation). 
Refundable Security/Damage Deposit - $300 due with final payment
One time Resort Registration Fee $15
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival in low season – 60 days in high season
 

Cancellation Policy:
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival. All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival – 60 days for high season.
